i’m a sensible man, i wear sensible shoes, i eat sensible dust and drink sensible booze, i catch sensible flies and spread sensible flus, i break sensible hearts and make sensible news, i hang my sensible head in a sensible noose, i keep it all together even short a few screws
i keep myself together even with a short fuse

I’m a sensible man, i play by sensible rules, as a sensibly insane criminal, i leave sensibly insane clues

I’m a sensible man, i have a sensible mind, i offer sensible charity, and commit sensible crimes, i come from sensible people, and a sensible time, i balance sensible losses with sensible finds, i’m sensibly cruel to be sensibly kind, i’m sensibly visionary while being sensibly blind
i keep it all in order as the clock unwinds
i keep myself in order while the flesh grinder grinds

I’m a sensible man, i have a sensible plan, if the wicked wind can’t catch me, maybe some senseless calamity can

i’m a sensible man, i have a sensible function, i create sensible satisfaction from sensible construction, i offer sensible choices from sensible deduction, i get a sensible ransom for a sensible abduction, i cause sensible creation and sensible destruction,
i keep it all together with a tenable dysfunction
i keep myself together with gravitational suction

I’m a sensible man, i play the sensible blues, i’m a sensible man, i wear sensible shoes
